    Great weight loss tips! You make some great points, especially about being patient and not trying to change everything at once. It’s much better to focus on getting the un-healthy food out of your life and substituting with healthier foods, then it becomes a lifestyle change. That is a process and not an overnight makeover. The other thing that is helpful to me is using a smaller plate. It helps me stay focused on eating less. Unfortunately, the older I get, the less I can eat to maintain my weight.
