It is not a secret that in spring, our desire to look attractive and beautiful reaches its peak. In order to be in a good shape in summer, most women start a new diet plan and a new exercise program in March. Below you can find several important tips on how to look gorgeous and beautiful in spring. Some of those recommendations are good-old and well-familiar tips, but the main idea is not knowing but following these easy rules.
1. Start your day with a glass of mineral water with 1 teaspoon of honey. This drink has excellent cleansing qualities and can help you wake up. Ideally, such drink should be taken in 20-25 minutes before breakfast.
2. Remember that your breakfast should include carbs (grains and veggies), proteins (eggs, cheese, yogurt) and fiber which stimulate the function of your brain, stomach and bowels. Avoid bread and bakery, as well as too strong and sweet coffee.
3. Never skip your lunch, but try to keep it light. You can eat lots of veggies and fruits, as well as low fat meat or fish. Your lunch should provide you with good energy to continue your day.
4. Eat your dinner not later than at 7 p.m. If you start feeling hungry in 1-2 hours before dinner, drink a glass of fresh squeezed juice or eat a cup of low fat yogurt. Remember that a light dinner gives your an opportunity to rest well at night.
5. If you can’t make your day without having a bite, beware of consuming high calories foods. Such foods as dried fruit, veggies, freshly squeezed juices, low fat dairy products and so on, can be good for a bite. Remember that healthy bites are not bad since they assist you in maintaining a good digestion.
6. Drink a lot of water. The best choice is drinking mineral water. The benefits of a proper water consumption include anti-aging effects and effective detoxification.
7. Try to avoid eating red meat and eat more fish instead. Fish has less calories and more of useful nutrients, as a result your hair, nails and teeth will be in a good condition. You can cook fish in oven or boil it with vegetables and spices.
8. Avoid alcoholic drinks. What you can afford is only a half-glass of high quality red wine. Alcoholic drink consumption is linked not only to alcoholism, but also to overweight and serious live problems.
9. Fest one day a week. Choose a day (it is better be a weekday, not a weekend day) and eat only fruit (except bananas), vegetables (except potatoes)and low fat dairy products. Do not forget about water. This is a very effective weight management technique.
10. People around you should respect your efforts and behave accordingly. For example, if your family members are only eating cakes and chocolates every day, it can be hard for you to fight against your temptation to do the same thing.
11. It can be effective to remove from your fridge and your kitchen shelves all the foods like cookies, pies, candies, chocolate bars and everything that leads to weight gain. So, when you have a sudden craving for something sweet, you will simply not have it in your kitchen. Instead, always keep good amounts of fresh fruit and veggies.
12. Be very attentive when you are buying foods in a market. Always buy only low fat and high quality foods. Never feel shy to ask the sellers or shop consultants about the quality and production date of the foods. This is one of the most important tips of how to look gorgeous and be healthy for many years.
13. Do lots of physical exercises. Remember that a healthy nutrition plan can give positive results only in conjunction with active lifestyle free of bad habits. Also, monitor your weight, but do not jump on your scales every 15 minutes. It is enough to check out your weight 2-3 times a week.
