Guide to Herbal RemediesWell, today I am writing my 100th post for this site, Guide to Herbal Remedies, and I wanted to make some difference of it. That is why I made up my mind to to use this fortunate opportunity for talking to my readers and expressing my gratitude to everyone, who has been with me since the beginning of this interesting journey to the world of healthy and happy life.

I started this project a year ago and all I wanted was to share what I know about using Herbal Remedies and other safe approaches to improving our health. Together with you, my friends, we have been learning what remedies can be used for various ailments, what are the most effective ways for developing healthy eating habits, what to eat for breakfast, or what are the benefits of herbal teas and tinctures. I am very glad that this site found its fans, as well as its critics.

It really took me a while to get here, combining my regular posting to Guide to Herbal Remedies with my postgraduate education, training and preparing for NMLE. However, writing and communicating with my friends in my favorite social networks helps me greatly to relax and keep up with the news in modern world of herbal medicine.

Thank you very much everyone, my friends and supporters, my Professors and colleagues, my Twitter followers, my buddies from Stumbleupon and all readers, who like learning more about herbal remedies, the most popular approaches and the latest developments of alternative medicine, effective body care and weight management, healthy nutrition and active life-style. Stay tuned for more of interesting news, my friends, and be always healthy, loved and happy!
