But now we are so extremely pressed with our endless problems and stresses, that we do not have time for eating calmly and properly. A new study suggests that modern Brits spend only 39 minutes a day for eating their breakfast, lunch and dinner all together. At that, in average we spend only about 12 minutes and 50 seconds for lunch, about 7 minutes and 20 seconds for breakfast, and our dinner takes in average 19 minutes, that totals about 39 minutes and 20 seconds that we spend for meals on an everyday basis.
