When thinking about an effective weight management program, losing some pounds and having a great body, a lot of us keep asking the same question over and over again: what can be more effective, dieting or doing lots of physical activities? Certainly, we all know that physical exercises and healthy nutrition should go together as the most efficient and healthy way to reduce weight.
