ExerciseWe always hear that we must do everything possible to bring more physical activities and exercise to our daily life. We spend 8-12 hours a day sitting in front of our PCs or laying down in front of our TVs, and our sedentary lifestyle is actually killing us day by day. Surely, from time to time we get motivated for going to a gym or start exercising every evening. However, as a rule, this does not last more than a couple of months.
