Health MythsIn the modern world, it is hardly possible to find an individual who would not be concerned about own health. We try to do everything possible to increase the amounts of physical activities and maintain a healthy body weight. We listen to the advice and recommendations of health care specialists, try to give up bad habits, adopt various anti-aging and detoxification methods, use only healthy cooking techniques, and learn to tale care about the environment.
