Almost all of the stains and problems in teeth is sometimes brought on by tobacco, coffee, tea or age. But sometimes such types of stains can be the result of some antibiotics also for example tetracycline or a ridiculous amount of fluoride.

Wow, what a great site and what great information! What a great service you are peforming! I have turmeric, mustard oil, and Himalayan salt on hand — and am going to brush with a mixture of it from now on!

I know it is a delicate balance to whiten teeth without hurting them or your gums. This seems like a sensible approach from a wholistic herbal perspective. I like hydrogen perxoide but it can be caustic, so I dig what Derby K says not to hold the hp too long. I also like this approach for seeming a bit less drastic. Maybe I will try both! I am so stoked! Thank you!

Try swishing peroxide in your mouth (don’t swallow!) Spit it out and wash out your mouth.
