According to a recent study conducted by a group of Japanese specialists at Teikyo University, Tokyo, kiwi fruit should be considered among the healthiest natural remedies which can help us fight a great number of various diseases and ailments. In particular, Japanese scientists are certain that kiwi fruits contain way more of valuable natural nutrients, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants than known natural suprefoods like apples, oranges, mandarins, grapefruit and others. There were several experiments and scientific trials involving a number of volunteers. They were asked to consume three kiwi fruits a day for a certain period of time.
