    Believe or not, one of the best things I know can help if we just stick to it is walking…there are studies out there that show walking about 30mins 3 days week is more powerful than drugs like Prozac, you have to do it for about 6 months without stopping. Have a positive attitude will always work, but I think there has to be more to it that will help us actually be able to think positive- chemicals, like feel good chemicals are one thing that will help, and walking is what helps me.
