I regularly do yoga. Take natural air, Fresh Fruits and vegetables (sometime raw) and also use herbal products. Also go for walk and do exercise. But never think about the tips have shared in this post as lemon, pumpkin, oranges (especially bitter oranges), grapefruit. I just take whatever is available at home. I must try given tips too.
