I got a VISION this morming that I should use mangoes. Eventhough I knew that it was for health reasons; I did’nt realize the magnititude of the health benefits of using mangoes or its juices. Thank you for such an extensive explanation as to the uses and benefits of this delicious fruit. We often take so much in life for granted not realizing that much of our medicines lies in the earth’s vegetation.

I just got a juicer and hate the taste of all fruit and veggie juices so far except for MANGo juice and Apple juice!! Mango juice is a bit thick and rich… SOO yummy (and i’m not usually picky I think). Try it!! I’m happy magos have so many benefits!! And since i’m a dancer, it will be great for muscle cramps!!
