Let’s try to preserve natural shape of our breasts by making adjustments to our nutrition habits and lifestyle. Below, you can find a list of bad habits you need to avoid in order to have good breast health.

1. A lack of natural fat in your daily diet. It is a known fact that our breasts do not have muscles, so fat and liquids are the most dominant breast tissues. Nowadays, a lot of women are encouraged by their desire to remain slim and avoid being overweight, so they try to do everything possible to avoid consuming fats and oils. This tendency is associated with smaller size of breasts. It is recommended to use reasonable amounts of Omega 3 and vegetable fats in your diet. Eat 2-3 portions of oily fish a week, add high quality olive oil to your vegetable salads – and you’ll satisfy your needs in this substance. However, remember that increased consumption of fat, especially animal fats, is strictly liked to increased chances of breast cancer.

The advantages of drinking 7-8 glasses of water a day include a large list of benefits, and all of us who want to have attractive breasts, as well as soft and elastic skin, should follow this advice and drink necessary amounts of water on an everyday basis.

3. Drinking too much coffee. In our times, increased caffeine consumption is a necessity for many of us. However, according to the findings of Swedish specialists published in the British Journal of Cancer in autumn 2008, drinking about 3 cups of coffee a day is linked to smaller breast size. After studying the habits and breast health of 270 women, Swedish scientists have found strong connections between coffee consumption and shrinking breasts.

4. Alcohol consumption. This factor is not directly linked to breasts becoming smaller, moreover, drinking 2-3 glasses of high quality red wine a week can be linked to a higher antioxidant content in the body,  slowed down aging processes and virtually better shape of our breasts. However, specialists say that those women who consume just one alcoholic drink a day, be it a glass of beer or red wine, have about 40% higher chances to develop breast cancer. So, for good breast health, avoid excessive alcohol consumption.

5. A lack of meat in your daily diet. As we age, our body produces less amount of such elements as collagen fibers and elastin fibers responsible for strength and flexibility of our breast tissues. Such type of meat as chicken wings is rich in collagen fibers should be consumer regularly by those who want to prevent saggy breasts.
