Scientists from psychology department at the University of St Andrews made up their mind to conduct a study with the objective to analyze the links between fruit and vegetable consumption and our skin health. They invited a group of participants who agreed to change their eating habits and diet preferences for the sake of the experiment. Before coming to actual tests, all the participants were examined and their skin tone was evaluated, but in order to compare the skin tone before and after the experiment, pictures of the participants’ skin tone were made.

During the experiment, the participants were given various types of diets, all of which were healthy but included various types of natural foods. Very soon, it became apparent that using fresh organic fruit and vegetables like carrots, cabbage, kiwis, berries, and others is the best choice for those who wants to improve and even up skin tone.
