I think, nothing else can help you to start a new day with joy and optimism as a glass of fresh smoothie. Smoothie is a special mixture of blended fruit and berries (fresh or/and frozen), fresh juices, low-fat yogurts and milk, oatmeal, various nuts, and all possible organic and healthy ingredients. Smoothie is considered to be among the most nutritious and healthy ideas for healthy breakfast, and it is the best choice for everyone who is a healthy life-style fan or for those who are working on losing some pounds. In addition, it is very fast and easy to prepare a smoothie, especially for those people who like improvising in the kitchens.
There are thousands of easy smoothie recipes, and it usually takes only several minutes to prepare the majority of smoothies. Use a powerful blender to mix all the ingredients, and do not forget to be careful with frozen fruit and ice, especially in cold seasons of the year. Smoothies are really awesome with some cream or yogurts, and those who really like it sweet can even add some drops of honey or syrup, as well as some chocolate. Let me offer you some of my most favorite breakfast smoothie recipes, and maybe after reading this post you’ll find some new interesting ideas as to making your breakfast healthier and more nutritious.
1. Banana With Strawberries. Peel 2 bananas, take a dozen of frozen strawberries, add to your blender 100 ml of orange juice and 100 ml of yogurt (if you do not have plain yogurt, you can add 2 tablespoons of vanilla ice-cream), and then blend until you receive smooth product. If you wish, you can add some other healthy ingredients (oatmeal, flax seeds, or some corn flakes), but I prefer just adding some cinnamon. It is a really very delicious smoothie! Definitely one of the best and the simplest breakfast smoothie recipes.
2. The Most Nutritious Breakfast Smoothie. Blend 1 peeled apple, 1 peeled kiwi, 1 peeled banana and freshly squeezed juice of 1 orange, add 1/2 cup of plain yogurt and 1/2 cup of tofu. Again, it is possible to add other heath boosting components (such as some drops of echinacea extract, fresh aloe vera juice, whey protein powder, flax or barley seeds, or whatever you have in your kitchen) to this wonderful smoothie. Serve with mint leaves.
3. Breakfast Smoothie With Pineapple. Pineapple is one of my favorite fruit, that is why I use it for smoothies very often. I peel 2 bananas, take a dozen of frozen strawberries, add a half-can of crushed pineapple flesh, blend these fruit, then add a tablespoon of honey and a little of vanilla ice-cream. If you want to, you can garnish the smoothie with some whipped cream or crushed chocolate. Amazing pineapple freshness in your glass!
Try using these easy smoothie recipes and feel free to improvise and modify them to suit your own taste!

If you are unable find a local seller to suit your needs, shopping online is a convenient method to purchase your requirements. This is due to organic produce having steadily gained in momentum. You will find there is a reasonable choice of organic food available online and it is as simple as carrying out a search on the Internet via a search engine to locate suppliers. You will normally need to pay for your purchases by using a credit card or debit card

Interesting, thanks for that. My son has a total aversion to eating raw fruit for some reason, so I made the fruit into smoothies for him and then he loves it!
