These little wonders also reduce the general inflammation in the body and can help relieve the pain resulting from inflammatory conditions – i personally have tried a mix of fresh celery, ginger, apple, spinach, cucumber, lemon, with a dash of basil infused virgin olive oil every morning after 1 week my back pain was considerably reduced… hope this helps!
