But the good news is: there are foods and natural products which can slow down unwanted and damaging processes in our body, including hair and skin changes (hair loss, loss of skin elasticity, wrinkles and brown spots on the skin, etc.), behavioral and mental changes, decrease of vision and hearing, and so on.

    while its true that green tea is packed with antioxidants and healthy in general, it should be specified which type of green tea. powdered? tea bag? loose leaf? also it is extremely crucial to prepare the tea in a particular way in order to retain its so called anti aging properties. otherwise it is nearly pointless to drink grren tea and expect great results. you might as well be drinking water. thanks for the article
