Well, those are just theories, but now we need to know what to do if notorious CFS is your frequent guest. Below, you can find the tips on how to beat chronic fatigue syndrome and always remain energetic and positive.

1. Wake up in the morning and go to bed at the same time. Also, have your meals and exercise at the same time of the day. Scheduled activities will help you to get adapted to physical and metal difficulties we all going through in spring.

2. Take a shower in the morning. On of the best relaxing procedures you can offer your body in the morning.

Exercise3. Exercise twice a day. Every morning do a short 10-15-minute exercise program, in the evening do some cardio or other training for 30-60 minutes.

4. Try to give up your bad habits. They are extremely damaging and harmful in terms of CFS.

5. Keep your daily nutrition under control. No need to say about the importance of healthy nutrition, just remember that your daily diet has to be rich with such elements and nutrients as zinc, selenium, magnesium, iron, Vitamins A, B and C.

The above tips are great! Thanks for your blog. However, there is another good nutrient for chronic fatigue syndrome that you did not mention. It is CoQ10, a vitamin-like substance that is required by every cell in the body for the production of energy. Medication, aging, strenuous exercise and other factors can deplete the levels of CoQ10 in the body.

Absolutely! I agree. In addition to COq10, modafinil and carrot plus ginger juice works wonders.

Also have more slow release carbs as opposed to sugary sweet simple carbs. And ecercise!

Dear Maria, I used to work with C2 and team for eH long time ago but had to stop because I had to travel and live abroad due to my hubby’s work. C2 has worked very hard and has the heart of gold, she taught me not to give up and encouraged me to always be independent. She has done wonders with Salam Wanita. My best regards to her and her team.
