    Hi carla,

    Its a nice post i should say. I used to do morning execercises regularly to keep fit. When during running is there a way how to breath in and out? or naturally it should happen? and i never used to have morning breakfast before exercising, will this affect me later on? i appreciate if you could respond me… 🙂 im asking all these since your gng to bcome a doc in future.
