Not too sure about the efficacy of the 5 foods listed in this article,as afrodisiac. I take all of them on a regular bases cos they are readily available to me. l hv never noticed anything spectacular. out of d five though no 2, which consists of spices appears to be close,though. I noticed it helps a great deal with blood circulation,esp ginger.
